Festival of Sharing
We collect items throughout the year and deliver them to the Festival in Sedalia every October. These items are used throughout Missouri, USA, and the around the world in cooperation with Church World Service.Kits we collect throughout the year include: Readin' and Writin' Pac, Personal Hygiene Kit, Student Dental Kit, Baby Bundle, Layette, Prison Kit, Family Food Box and Backpack With loveHeifer International
Each year we direct a campaign to collect money to fight hunger through Heifer International. This organization combats hunger, alleviates poverty, and restores the environment by providing appropriate livestock, training, and related services to small-scale farmers worldwide.
Recycle for Missions
Fairview has a recycle bin located at the end of the east driveway. You can bring the following items to be recycled: Newspapers, Magazines, Office paper, Catalogs, Post-it notes, Computer paper, Fax paper, Envelopes. All proceeds from our recycle bin are donated to the Northland Christmas store, which provides food and toys for needy families.Habitat for Humanity
Fairview joins with other churches and community organizations to finance and staff Habitat for Humanity projects every year in the Northland. These partnerships provide affordable housing to people in need at no profit and with no interest charged.
